The Spanish wine region of Priorat might be small in size, but the drop it produces is big on taste. Since the 1980s, Álvaro Palacios has been credited for putting the area back on the viticulture map, with this 2018 vintage a simpler wine that's still brimming with personality and elegance. This iteration of Les Terrasses is made with grapes from 80 different vineyards spread across eight villages in the region, resulting in a taste that's earthy and rustic.
