Hailing from its eponymous vineyard, first produced in 1978, the Marchesi Antinori Solaia wine is made from a blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and sangiovese grapes that benefit from a sun-drenched situation on the Tignanello hillside. The 2020 vintage boasts concentrated notes of red and black fruits, followed by vanilla black pepper and liquorice, while the palate becomes witness to an elegant and balanced flavour with fruits and spices.
