Despite its contemporary origins, Bodegas Frontonio favours antique techniques when it comes to making its wines. Its harvest is grown on 80-year-old vines situated on the steep slate slopes of the La Tejera vineyard, where they are picked by hand and crushed by foot before being fermented with indigenous yeasts. The result is blends like the 'Las Alas de Frontonio' Garnacha 2020, a blueish red tipple with flavours of jasmine, flint and kumquat, accompanied by a velvety yet crisp texture.
