Each edition of Bollinger's PN AYC represents a principal cru and base year, so it's constantly reinventing itself, capturing different styles of Pinot Noir in each iteration. The fourth edition, PN AYC 18, is a distinct Champagne characterised by the Aÿ terroir and its base year of 2018. With a golden bronze colour, a nose of honey, quince and candied fruit, and a rich, citrusy palate, this blend lends itself to being cellared for longer - but trust that it'll be worth the wait.
