Complex but subtle, M. CHAPOUTIER's Hermitage Chante-Alouette combines aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger and acacia with a hint of linden tree. Elegant on the palate with a good length, it's produced from grapes that hail from three different vineyards: Le Méal, Les Murets and Chante-Alouette - all locations of high plateaus and plains with excellent exposure, located in the Ermite lieu-dit area.
