In the Pomerol appellation of Bordeaux lies Château La Fleur-Pétru, a wine estate just shy of 19 hectares and filled with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes that are grown in iron-seeped soils. This 2019 vintage bottle boasts a complex palate, dominated by notes of black and blue fruit, liquorice and wild pepper that gets more vibrant as it lingers on the tastebuds.
