The Del Maguey Chichicapa mezcal is named after the village where it's produced. It's expertly crafted by Faustino Garcia Vasquez using a 400-year-old method that revolves around 100% agave espadín grown on a broad valley floor with a tropical desert microclimate. The result is exceptional, expect a fresh palate defined by hints of smoked almonds and nuts, a touch of fruitiness and a smooth finish with overtones of mint.
