After four decades encased in French oak barrels in cellars on the banks of the Charente - where the temperature is well-suited to the maturation process - the 1980 Collection Plentitude Cognac was finally bottled as part of Delamain's Pléaide series. The result is a rich melange of aromas, including leather and walnut, complemented by sweet notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee.
