Domaine Huet is one of the oldest vineyards in the Loire Valley, with six hectares surrounded by stone walls. Its Vouvray Clos du Bourg Sec Chenin Blanc 2010 benefits from the morning humidity, clay-limestone soil and southern exposure, which characterise the blend with depth and complexity, as well as a weighty mineral finish, acidity and notes of spice and pear.
