Releasing its first vintage in 1987, Don Melchor has consistently produced critically acclaimed wines, with its 1988 vintage the first ever Chilean wine to be included on Wine Spectator's annual Top 100 Wines list. Its 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is just as notable, walking the line between rich and well-balanced. Deep and dense with hints of tar, it's lightened by notes of floral berry fruits, while its palate remains elegant with flavours of cassis, plum and cherry.
