Thanks to meticulous site selection and vineyard design, Felton Road ensures fully organic and biodynamic viticulture - aiming to be as close to true sustainability as it can. The label also takes a hands-off approach to winemaking. Gravity flow, indigenous yeasts and malolactic are used in place of more modern techniques to preserve the wine's integrity and complexity.
