Hudelot Baillet takes time to perfect each bottle of wine. Its grapes are destemmed rather than crushed and given an eight-day maceration before being punched down - the Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vigny 2021 is a product of this process. A result of both Chambolle Musigny's chalky soil vineyards and the extensive extraction of tannins, the sensory experience of this Pinot Noir is exquisite, note the allure of black cherry and subtle spice before the distinct presence of saline minerality that lingers on the palate.
