Situated in the village of Chambolle-Musigny, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits subregion, Domaine Hudelot-Baillet was established in the 1970s by Paul Hudelot. The estate's red wines minimise punch downs - a technique where grape skins are pushed back into the juice during fermentation - and instead opt to pump juice back over the skins. The Les Borniques Premier Cru of 2020 showcases impressive balance, offering a bouquet defined by wood, it's a red to enjoy after a few years in the bottle.
