Situated in the village of Chambolle-Musigny, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits subregion, Domaine Hudelot-Baillet was established in the 1970s by Paul Hudelot. The estate's red wines minimise punch downs - a technique where grape skins are pushed back into the juice during fermentation - and instead opt to pump juice over the skins. The Le Cras 2020 vintage Premier Cru presents a unique year, with hot and dry weather that results in a wine of exceptional freshness.
