Rubicon was first produced by Inglenook in 1978 and has since helped the estate restore its legacy of producing world-class wines, sitting on par with older vintages from the label. The 2016 edition is fresher on the nose than its previous iterations, with hints of cotton and clean air reflected in its green palate of eucalyptus and liquorice.
