Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition Whiskey is a meeting of minds - specifically, those of the distiller's head of Whiskey Science and the head of a local craft brewery. Their conversation started, of course, at a bar, and lead to an innovative swapping of their barrels, withthis blended spirit finished in ones previously used for beer. The result is a smooth, mouth-coating palate defined by hints of hops and cocoa beans from the unusual production process.
