Loch Lomond's Remarkable Stills Series sees the label taking inspiration from its unique straight-neck pot stills, which were installed in the distillery in 1965 to give more control over the style of spirit produced. The final instalment in the series - this 47-year-old single malt whisky - was distilled in the stills before being matured for 43 years in American oak. This process gives the blend a sweet, zesty aroma of toffee, orange and apple with a velvety mouthfeel and a flavour of caramel and green apple.
