The Syrah vines of Swartland have adapted to the region's dry climate by growing denser canopies. The result of this extra shade is that the wines produced have an excellent freshness and aromatic quality to them, like Mullineux's 2018 vintage. On the nose, it's floral and spicy with a hint of red berries, while its fresh structure and silky texture make it effortlessly drinkable.
