As the name suggests, Needle &amp, Thread turns to Victorian clothing for inspiration when creating the Victorian Wreath gown. Its ruffled neckline cascades to a highly detailed design - with delicate embellishments mimicking the look of lace - while the rest of its silhouette features floral and bow motifs in miniature sequins for a piece worthy of a special occasion.
