In its quest to create the most elegant sparkling wine, Nyetimber closely follows the traditional methods established in Champagne. Its vineyards - located in the South Downs hills in southern England - are cool, much like those in Champagne, helping to create the acidity required for premium sparkling wine, like the vineyard's Classic Cuvee. The 2016 presents itself with an exuberant, layered style and fruity palate.
