In his honour, Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill Champagne has since been in production in the Grand Cru region, the 2015 vintage of the tipple boasts a brilliant gold hue with fine bubbles, opening with a nose of spices, fruit and mint that leads into a palate of pastries and cocoa.
