Sánchez Romate's methodical winemaking process begins with the white albariza soil and sunny western climate in which its Palomino Fino, Airen and Pedro Ximenez grapes are grown. From there, the 240-year-old estate employs traditional methods to create wines such as this NPU Amontillado sherry. Hints of hazelnut, tobacco and lightly toasted oak complete its very dry palate, lingering on the tongue thanks to its long aftertaste.
