First founded in 1961 through the marriage of Jacques Rossignol and Mado Trapet and now run by their sons, Pinot Noir-producer Rossignol-Trapet takes a bio-dynamic approach to its winemaking, using organic fertilisers and natural herbicides in its vineyards. With its Trapet Pere et Fils Chambertin Grand Cru 2021, an expressive bouquet opens up to a mineral taste characterised by red berries and fine tannins.
