This Champagne reveals a fresh, distinctive, rose petal pink colour. Blended with 45% Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55% Premier Cru Pinot Noir, of which 18% has been vinified in red, it hosts a very fine, subtle fruity nose with hints of raspberry. Vigorous, and well-balanced on the palate, this fine, smooth, and supple wine has notes of Morello cherry and leads to a relatively long finish. Food pairing: Shellfish, Pork
