Its biodynamic fruit is hand-picked and manually sorted before it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in new French oak barrels. Its 2018 vintage takes on a deep violet colour, with a subtle nose of fresh red and black fruits that unfold to hints of cedar and tobacco. On the palate, its juicy flavour of berries contrasts against spicy notes to create a balanced, elegant blend.
