Spottswoodes' family-run estate has been producing Cabernet Sauvignon for multiple generations, with its first blend released in 1982. Today, most of the label's organic vines are dedicated to the grape, making it no wonder that it serves as a brand signature. With the Lyndenhurst 2019 vintage, Cabernet Sauvignon is melded with Cabernet Franc, Malbec and other grapes to create a bright, acidic tipple flavoured with red fruits and citrus.
