Like all good whisky, the Rare Cask has a story behind it - one that starts with a hand-selected oak cask. Within, sweet raisin notes couple with a rich, smooth complexity, resulting in the pour you see here. And it wouldn't be a product of The Macallan without a moreish flavour profile, this one is made up of fresh apple, lemon, vanilla and dark chocolate, all underpinned by citrus zest.
