Juan Torres Casals began his journey to creating high-quality, well-renowned brandy back in the 1920s, selecting only the best white wines from Penedès for his blends. The practice continues to this day. After the wine is selected and distilled, it's left to age in oak barrels. The result? The Torres 15 Riserva Privada boasts toasted, smoky notes with aromas of cedar, vanilla, cinnamon and dried fruits.
