Founded in 1890 by the Artacho and Carreras families, Bodegas Riojanas is one of the thirteen centenary Rioja wineries, its origins dating back to 1799. Boasting an intense cherry red hue with mingling terracotta shades, the Albina Essencia Reserva from Monte Real boasts a powerful bouquet of red berries and prune-type fruits. Aromas from the barrel such as vanilla, chocolate, licorice and spices stand out prominently to enhance the superb structure and touches of acidity.
