It's all about process with Domaine de la Vougeraie Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice. The Pinot Noir grapes found in this deep Burgundy are fermented with native yeasts and then aged in French oak for 12 to 18 months, before being pumped into stainless steel tanks. Bottled without filtration or fining, the red is medium to full bodied on the palate with a fleshing, gourmand profile.
