The most southerly of the Alsace vineyards, Rangen has a unique soil composition of highly mineralised volcanic soil, unlike any other site in Alsace. This Zind-Humbrecht Rangen de Thann Riesling has an intense, smoky and flinty aroma that's typical of this region, covering the palate with a rich saline texture, it makes a perfect partner to tuna tataki and sushi.
